Ingredients

chia seeds

unsweetened coconut milk beverage
or any plant-based milk you like
dash
pure vanilla extract

scoops
collagen protein powder
I used Primal Kitchen unflavored
1/2
cup
your favorite berry mix
fresh or thawed from frozen
1
tbsp
almond butter
2
walnuts, crushed
4
drops
Sweetleaf liquid stevia
optional
Instructions
In a small pot, combine chia seeds and milk over medium low heat for a couple of minutes till warm and thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and collagen.
Pour into a bowl. Top with berries, almond butter, and walnuts. Enjoy!!
