The BEST Italian Salad Dressing

Move over commercial Italian, there's a new kid in town!
- 2 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp raw or local honey
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp organic mayo
- 1 garlic clove pressed
- 1/4 + 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, except the olive oil.
Slowly add the olive oil into the bowl while whisking until emulsified.
Add to a pasta or artichoke salad. Store any excess dressing in a jar in the fridge.
