The BEST Italian Salad Dressing

Move over commercial Italian, there's a new kid in town!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp raw or local honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp organic mayo
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • 1/4 + 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, except the olive oil.
  • Slowly add the olive oil into the bowl while whisking until emulsified.
  • Add to a pasta or artichoke salad. Store any excess dressing in a jar in the fridge.
