Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups organic spinach
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 thumb-size piece of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon-flavored fish oil I use Nutrasea
  • 1-2 tablespoon ground flax or chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or hemp milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla collagen protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If you like a thinner smoothie add more coconut milk or water.
