1/2cupgluten free tamari sauceor Coconut Aminos if soy free
1/2cupunsalted chicken brothor vegetable broth if vegetarian
1tablespoontapioca starch or arrowroot flour
1tablespoonraw honeyor maple syrup, if vegan
2teaspoonssesame oil
2teaspoonsrice wine vinegar
2-inchpiece of fresh ginger rootpeeled and grated (or finely minced)
2garlic clovesgrated of finely minced
1teaspoonSriracha sauceoptional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a mason jar (or any glass jar with a lid). Cover and shake.
Store in fridge until ready to use or set aside while you prep stir-fry ingredients.
Notes
The amount of sauce you add will depend on how much stir-fry you plan to make. When adding the sauce to your stir-fry, let it cook for about 2-3 minutes, this will allow for the starch to thicken.Adapted from Tastes Lovely Website
