AWESOME Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup gluten free tamari sauce or Coconut Aminos if soy free
  • 1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth or vegetable broth if vegetarian
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch or arrowroot flour
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup, if vegan
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2- inch piece of fresh ginger root peeled and grated (or finely minced)
  • 2 garlic cloves grated of finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a mason jar (or any glass jar with a lid). Cover and shake.
  • Store in fridge until ready to use or set aside while you prep stir-fry ingredients.

Notes

The amount of sauce you add will depend on how much stir-fry you plan to make. When adding the sauce to your stir-fry, let it cook for about 2-3 minutes, this will allow for the starch to thicken.
