Super Refreshing Green Juice

Packed with energizing and hydrating apples, celery, lettuce, cucumber, and ginger! Delicious and refreshing!

Equipment

  • Blender (or Juice Extractor)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 apples cored and chopped
  • 4 celery stalks chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 3 Romaine lettuce leaves torn up
  • 1 thumb-size piece fresh ginger peeled

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop all ingredients into small chunks.
  • Place everything into a blender along with a little water (like a 1/4 cup) and blend.
  • Place a cheese cloth over a bowl and pour in blended juice contents.
  • Gather cheese cloth and "squeeze" contents to extract your juice. Drink immediately.
