Ingredients

bunch asparagus spears
1
tablespoon
avocado
or olive oil
Sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Wash asparagus and break off the tough ends of the spears.
Place on a baking sheet and toss with avocado or olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 6-8 minutes.
Notes
Got mushrooms? Slice them up and toss them in with the asparagus...so yummy!
