Roasted Asparagus

You will never steam asparagus again :)
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 8 minutes
Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch asparagus spears
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Wash asparagus and break off the tough ends of the spears.
  • Place on a baking sheet and toss with avocado or olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes.

Notes

Got mushrooms? Slice them up and toss them in with the asparagus...so yummy!
