Balsamic Kale Greens

This recipe is versatile. Try it with Swiss chard, spinach, or even dandelion greens!
- 1 bunch kale washed, de-stemmed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive or avocado oil
- 2 small garlic cloves sliced or crushed
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Heat oil in skillet over medium-heat. Add garlic and saute for about a minute, until fragrant. Add the kale (or Swiss chard). Cover and steam for about 4 minutes, until greens begin to wilt.
Remove pan from heat and add balsamic vinegar. Stir and season with sea salt and pepper. Enjoy immediately!
