Power Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup dates soak in warm water for 10 minutes to soften if needed
  • 3/4 cup dried figs (soak in warm water for 10 minutes to soften if needed
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 Tablespoon raw cacao nibs
  • Add a booster optional: 1-2 Tablespoons Spirulina, Supergreens powder, Lucuma powder, Pomegrante or Acai powder, Camu camu powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a large, high power food processor and blend until mixture comes together (it will be crumbly at first). You may need to add a tablespoon of water (or two) if the mixture is too crumbly and dry.
  • Roll into balls and refrigerate.
