Buying gluten-free breadcrumbs is expensive, and quite honestly, unpalatable (at least in my experience). For this reason, I now make my own breadcrumbs at home and have never looked back! This recipe uses the “heels” (or end pieces) of any loaf of gluten-free bread. These breadcrumbs are very easy to make, and it helps use up the end pieces of the bread that no one wants to eat anyway! No waste. I love it!!
