Need a smoothie lift? This one will blow your socks off! It’s mango season here in Cayman and I have been inundated with loads of fresh local mangoes thanks to awesome neighbors who have been graciously sharing their harvest!

Mangoes deliver a healthy dose of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. They are particularly rich in vitamins A and C which is incredible for skin health and supports healthy immune function. Mangoes are packed with vitamin B6 which is not only essential for maintaining brain health but also supports a healthy mood. Mangoes are also rich in magnesium and potassium, two essential minerals for regulating blood pressure.

This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to mango nutrition. This amazing tropical fruit is also loaded with anti-inflammatory properties and powerful antioxidants like zeaxanthin, quercetin and beta carotene which in their own individual way can preserve vision and support a healthy heart.
