It’s Monday. The beginning of yet another week — and for me — the 4th week of self-isolating and working from home. I am super grateful that I am able to keep doing this and can still support my clients even from afar. Today, I wanted to share with you a refreshing pick-me-up green juice that is not only delicious but incredibly hydrating, energizing, and so nourishing! It’s like giving your body a hug, and we could all use a hug these days…am I right?

If you have a juice extracter, the recipe is pretty straight forward. If you don’t own a juicer (like me), you’ll need to blend the ingredients first and then pour them through a cheese cloth to “extract” the juice. I know it’s an extra step but it’s terribly simple, totally worth it, and takes less than a minute!
