I LOVE roasting asparagus! It’s such a super satisfying way of enjoying your vegetables (and a nice break from steaming them all the time!). Give this one a try. It will not disappoint you!
Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus spears
- 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
- Sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Wash asparagus and break off the tough ends of the spears.
- Place on a baking sheet and toss with avocado or olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes.
